Meet Gary Forcella: Regional Sales Manager with a Mission-Ready Mindset

You won’t find Gary Forcella sitting still for long. As the Dranetz Central & Western Regional Sales Manager, Gary covers a broad and busy territory: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.

Gary brings more than 35 years of sales and sales management experience across aerospace, electronics, packaging, and capital equipment. He’s seen a lot, but at Dranetz, it’s the problem-solving that keeps him engaged.

“I enjoy solving customers’ problems. That’s what makes this job worth doing,” he says.

His background in the U.S. Navy prepared him well. In the 1980s, Gary served as a Submarine Demolition Diver aboard the USS Daniel Webster, a nuclear submarine. That experience sharpened the kind of focus and discipline that continues to shape how he works today: steady, precise, and mission-driven.

What Sets Dranetz Apart?

Gary doesn’t hesitate: “Product quality, price, and service.” In an industry where uptime and data integrity are critical, he knows customers need equipment and a team they can count on.

He also notes that while many power quality issues can go overlooked, customers are becoming more aware and proactive. Even so, “there are too many issues to list,” he says with a smile.

The Win Is in the Follow-Through

Gary’s approach to sales is practical. He puts in the work, even when it starts with a cold call. “Closing cold calls on a weekly basis,” he says, is one of the parts of his role that makes him proud. It speaks to his consistency and to the trust he’s built.

After Hours

Outside of work, Gary stays active. He likes to work out, cook, and spend time with his grandkids. Sundays are for the Dallas Cowboys (win or lose).

He holds an AS in Electronics, a BA in Business Management, and an MBA in Business Management—proof that he ‘gets’ both the technical and business sides of the conversation.
